Overview

By accessing and placing an order with our store, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the terms and services outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any communication between you and our business.

1. Products & Orders

Made-to-Order Items

All sweaters are made to order. Production takes 1–6 weeks depending on order volume.
Production time is not included in shipping time.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all information entered at checkout is correct, including:

Shipping address
Product selection (size, design, color)

We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly.

2. Shipping

Shipping Time

Shipping typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on location and carrier speed.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
Weather conditions
Holidays
High carrier volume
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

3. Returns, Refunds & Store Credit

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds.

Store Credit

If there is an issue with your order, we offer store credit only, not cash refunds.
Store credit does not expire.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled for a refund.
Cancellations may only be approved for store credit if production has not begun.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Packages marked “delivered” but not received

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, and content on our website are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
