Store Policy

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit Only

If there is an issue with your order, we offer store credit only, which can be used at any time and never expires.
Store credit may be issued for situations such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong item selected

  • Change of mind

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.
Orders may only be canceled for store credit, as long as production has not started.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
However, you may use store credit to place a new order in a different size or style.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All items are custom-made or made-to-order. Due to this, we cannot restock returned items and therefore cannot offer refunds.

Order Issues or Defects

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
    We will replace the item or provide store credit.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
