Production & Shipping Policy

Production Time
We are a small business, and all of our sweaters are produced in-house.
Production time takes 1-6 weeks  depending on order volume.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Holidays
Carrier volume
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery time is out of our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.
Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.
